Backyard Barn Owls Tutoring is a subscription-based, high-dosage tutoring service designed to deliver affordable, high-quality academic support for students in their local school districts. Our mission is to leverage the wisdom and experience of seasoned educators—retired or actively teaching within the community—to provide consistent, curriculum-aligned tutoring. We aim to foster understanding, mastery, and confidence in students while offering families a convenient and budget-friendly alternative to traditional one-on-one tutoring.
Subjects Covered
Tutoring Sessions
Backyard Barn Owls Tutoring covers a wide range of subjects, including math, science, language arts, and more, ensuring comprehensive academic support for students.
Small Group tutoring sessions:
Students will be able to log onto multiple sessions weekly that will follow along the specific class. Students will have the opportunity to interact in review, homework help, and test preparation.
Levels of Teaching
All courses will be instructed by teachers in your "Backyard." Tutors are veteran educators that are either currently teaching in your district or have recently retired from teaching in your district.
